Damages and issues

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may require clear photo or video evidence showing the problem. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Returns
We do not require customers to return items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
Non-returnable situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Exchanges

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Refunds

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
